About the Startled Cat cursor set
Startled Cat is a cursor skin for Windows and macOS in the funny and animal styles. A wide-eyed cat with a sprout on its head.
The set includes all 21 cursor states — the 17 that Windows uses and the 16 that macOS uses — so it looks complete on either system. 2 of them are animated: working in background (5 frames) and busy (5 frames).
