Thick black lines outline a round white cat with a tiny face, guided by a small cat-head pointer. It rolls onto its back on the main arrow, cries beside a red no sign, and gets brushed by a pair of blue-sleeved arms for the pen cursor. While busy, it fidgets as yellow sparkles pop around it.

About the Snowball Cat cursor set
Snowball Cat is a cursor skin for Windows and macOS in the cute, animal and funny styles. A round white cat with plenty of expressions.
The set includes all 21 cursor states — the 17 that Windows uses and the 16 that macOS uses — so it looks complete on either system. 2 of them are animated: working in background (4 frames) and busy (5 frames).
